Our client is an exciting and fast-growing Chicago based growth marketing boutique. Offering a cutting-edge social media boot camp to help their clients grow their following to 30k+ real followers, attract organic leads, and build a personal brand that gets noticed.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience, will have a focus on relationship building, and will feel confident in helping customers achieve their unique goals.
This role will start off at 10 hours per week and the expectation is that we will increase these hours over time.
Since they are a startup, this position has unlimited growth opportunity.
Must be based out of the US.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Become subject matter expert on our process
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience
- Partner with clients in achieving their goals
- Create, develop & manage customer-focused business growth initiatives
Must haves:
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Love helping people
- Flexibility for ad-hoc meetings with customers as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
