Seeking an FP&A Rockstar / Fractional Controller!

What You’ll Do:
This isn’t just crunching numbers—this is about being the financial backbone of a fast-growing company. Here’s what your impact will look like:
Budget Boss
- Develop and maintain detailed budgets and forecasts that provide a clear roadmap for growth.
- Identify gaps or opportunities within financial projections and propose actionable solutions.
Cash Flow Commander
- Monitor and analyze cash flow trends to ensure the company always has healthy reserves.
- Stay ahead of payment schedules to prevent bottlenecks and optimize working capital.
Accuracy Advocate
- Review and refine bookkeeping processes to guarantee clean, accurate, and actionable financial data.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are accounted for correctly.
Tax Whisperer
- Collaborate with our accountant on tax strategies and compliance.
- Identify potential savings and prepare reports to streamline tax filings.
Strategic Guide
- Deliver high-impact financial insights that help make data-driven decisions.
- Provide context around numbers to guide major business initiatives and long-term strategy.
Process Improver- Recommend and implement process improvements to elevate financial reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experienced Professional: You’ve got a strong background in FP&A, bookkeeping, or controlling (or all three!).
- Strategic and Detail-Oriented: You can toggle between the big picture and the nitty-gritty with ease.
- Curious Problem Solver: You love digging into the “why” behind the numbers to find solutions.
- Spreadsheet Guru: Excel is your happy place, and pivot tables are second nature.
- Bonus Points: Experience with franchise systems is a plus—but not required!
