This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact early member of The Mom Project finance team, and to build upon the foundations of our Finance Operation. Reporting directly to our CFO, you’ll have the opportunity to work cross functionally to build out the corporate finance function.

What you'll do:
This role will report to the CFO and own financial models, budgeting and management reporting for the organization. This role will work with the internal finance and accounting teams as well as business leaders across the organization to storyline results, develop and optimize analytical models, and ultimately provide recommendations to aid in executive decision making. You will serve as a thought leader to improve processes, drive standardization, and build scalable reporting and forecasting solutions. You will have Board meeting and investor reporting responsibilities.
The skills and qualities you'll need to succeed:
· 7+ years of progressive experience with a minimum of 4 years in FP&A,
· Previous experience in high growth and venture and/or private equity backed businesses.
- Experience leading enterprise and management reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP/Statutory accounting principles and financial statement modeling
- Excellent communicator with experience distilling complex information into articulate narratives that cater to wide audiences
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced startup environment
