The Director of Sales Operations is a key member of The Mom Project’s sales organization, building the foundation and process to support ongoing rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

- Define and implement optimal sales process and policy
- Partner closely with sales leadership team on strategic go-to-market initiatives
- Oversee implementation, administration and adoption of sales systems
- Strategically use prospecting tools to identify the universe of target accounts and contacts for the sales organization
- Manage territory design and sales rules of engagement
- Design and manage sales compensation plans
- Oversee sales enablement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships for the sales organization
- Enable effective pipeline and forecast management
- Insightfully manage data modeling and analysis needs
- Coordinate closely with the leadership team on ad hoc projects

Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales operations experience in a high-performance, rapid growth sales environment.

- Must be comfortable with a fast paced, constantly changing startup environment.
