In Office Role

Job Description:

The leading agency in experiential music curation, custom sonic branding, and artist management. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work in the office with some minor travel. The role will assist with the CEO’s day to day, schedule, travel, customer service, team & task management, and minor operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the events, music, or entertainment business.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to provide support to the CEO
  • Manage inbound phone calls, emails, and text messages on behalf of the CEO
  • Set and confirm meetings and maintain calendars for all events and bookings
  • Maintain accuracy of contacts in CRM and booking system
  • Data entry in different areas to ensure record-keeping
  • Book business travel and logistics as necessary
  • Submit receipts and expense reports
  • Coordinate with operations team in regard to daily tasks
  • Proactive communication on all leads, sales, events, and other duties
  • Take on similar tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in high-volume experience in events, hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized
  • Excellent technology skills with Gmail, GCal, GChat, GDrive, Docs, Sheets, Dialpad
  • Previous CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday.com)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Must have high-level interpersonal skills to handle varied personalities and sensitive situations
  • Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and confidentiality
  • Work requires excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Passion for music and events is preferred
