Job description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote in CST.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote, high-volume calendar, travel, and expense management support for multiple leaders.
  • Learn and utilize internal and external tools to efficiently manage scheduling and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with leaders to understand business priorities and provide aligned support.
  • Partner with leaders and other administrative assistants to coordinate meetings and logistics.
  • Offer proactive time management recommendations to enhance leader productivity.
  • Provide short-term coverage for teammates as needed based on bandwidth.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support to 3–4 or more executives.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing calendars, travel, and expenses for multiple leaders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong judgment and discretion in applying company policies and practices.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing system.
  • Prior experience working directly with executives is highly preferred
