Our Customer is a mission-driven not-for-profit organization that connects students to college success and opportunity. Founded in 1900, they were created to expand access to higher education. Today, the membership association is made up of over 6,000 of the world’s leading educational institutions and is dedicated to promoting excellence and equity in education. Each year, our Customer helps more than seven million students prepare for a successful transition to college through programs and services in college readiness and college success—including the SAT, the Advanced Placement Program, and BigFuture. • Lead quality control checks of content and implement fixes for editing and design errors.
  • Manage communications for committee members when coordinating and receiving questions about contracts, travel, meetings, etc. Engage in ongoing support and needs that arise for the team.
  • Collaborate continuously with project leads to refine processes that will create less friction and fewer errors in Instructional Services delivered to teachers and students.
  • Coordinate with the AP Program Access Product Management team to ensure alignment of Professional Learning system testing and development timelines.
  • Manage sensitivity reviews in collaboration with Global Policy and External Relations (GPER) across team.
  • Work with internal CB teams and external vendor to ensure compliance with NSF grant requirement.
