Job Description

The HR Partner role is the single point of contact in HR for our people and business leads within Global Operations. We help our people thrive by providing support through their life, career and work experiences. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a focus in HR Management

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as HR generalist or similar role at an enterprise level company

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR service delivery at a global level

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • 3+ years in Field HR, People Advisor or HR Partner role

  • Experience in building successful and productive relationships with all levels of employees

Professional Skills:


  • Able to drive complex actions to completion across internal and business teams

  • Effective communication with all levels of employees from entry level through leadership, including the ability to influence

  • Ability to work in the gray; to see new ways to approach challenges and to customize approaches that will meet the needs of both HR and the business with the best outcomes for our people

  • Innate eagerness to drive actions through analytics and insights, and find new strategic solutions to “old” problems

  • Business acumen; able to leverage knowledge of how the business runs to influence leadership and concise communication

  • Strong executive presence; speak comfortably with Leadership to articulate a point of view


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide employee coaching and guidance to support our people through their entire life and career experience. This could include, but is not limited to, coaching new hires on integration, supporting our people through career transitions, providing guidance on leave of absence requests or managing the exit process.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to our business leadership to develop strategies to attract, retain and develop our people. This includes regular connects with leads to address situations such as retention challenges, leading training or upskilling initiatives, managing supply and demand activities, managing employee relations issues, etc.

  • Lead and execute key HR processes like Talent Discussions, Compensation Administration, promotions, supply and demand activities, etc.

  • Lead Inclusion and Diversity activities within your business areas to help reach our Inclusion and Diversity goals
