About the Role:
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for assisting with the end to end payroll process for their assigned division from time capture to payroll processing and submissions. Focusing on accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness to ensure all employees are paid accurately and timely.

What you’ll do:
- Checking timesheets for accuracy using multiple timekeeping systems, such as Toggl and Zenefits
- Entering Data into databases and spreadsheets
- Process off-cycle checks as needed
- Manage and enter adjustments in pay for hours, expenses, and bonuses
- Answer talent questions regarding pay quickly and effectively
- Prepare and process weekly paychecks using Cognos HR and ADP RUN
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
