What you’ll do:


  • Manage products & drive roadmaps for our Diverse Talent Cloud product

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, design, test, launch and iterate on core Diverse Talent Cloud experience

  • Be able to deeply empathize with our Employer and Talent users to get to the core of what they need and translate into user requirements

  • Clearly communicate product tradeoffs and decisions to internal stakeholders

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to synthesize into actionable plans

  • Distinguish user requests from their underlying problems to effectively frame and communicate problem statements

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions; you're comfortable with digging into data and working with our data team to help inform how our Diverse Talent Clouds will be built

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:


  • 4+ years experience in product management

  • Demonstrated understanding of how to interpret user needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with and understand diverse teams

  • Have a natural curiosity that overcomes obstacles to get answers; be scrappy and resourceful to solve ambiguous user problems

  • Data driven with a knack for knowing when and how to use quantitative vs. qualitative data to answer questions

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment, and be an independent problem-solver

  • Ability to independently thrive in ambiguous situations: you can create clear plans, gain stakeholder buy-in, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive and measure results
