The Mom Project is looking to identify a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to focus on the functional areas of accounting, finance and sales.

What you’ll do as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist:

• Source top talent quickly within the Mom Project marketplace & community for open roles


• Manage relationship between sales & ops teams, participate in job intake process


• Work with Talent Success Partners to understand areas of support needed


• Ensure accurate skills representation and communication of opportunity to our community of Moms


• Actively evaluate level of marketplace engagement with bias for rapid optimization of postings/strategy


• Use creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent outside of LinkedIn Recruiter


• Proactively invite our target audience to join our community

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed: 

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sourcing experience (agency)


• Experience with multiple functional areas of sourcing/recruiting with a focus on accounting, finance and sales


• Incredible attention to detail


• Preference for a high volume / daily fast paced role


• Strong communication skills
