What we’re looking for:

We’re searching for a sharp, energetic, and experienced strategic professional who has experience working with organizations in a consultative capacity. In this role, you’ll be the messenger of Werklabs narratives as you mobilize Werklabs research to The Mom Project customers, maximizing impact and reach of research.

You possess a customer obsession and eagerness to engage in many energetic, thoughtful conversations. You thrive in front of an audience and are able to think quickly on your feet. You are an active listener always assessing the questions and needs of customers and communicating this back to your Werklabs research counterparts. You are comfortable and effective at driving sales-oriented conversations in a genuine, approachable tone.

Key responsibilities:

As a key member of the Werklabs team, reporting to the Chief Research & Analytics officer, you will be responsible for the delivery of Werklabs research to TMP customers, maximizing the impact of our research and identifying opportunities for custom Werklabs research projects to address specific needs.

  • Present Werklabs research to customers and large audience in an engaging, easy to comprehend format
  • Create curated research content (decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.) unique for specific customers and audiences
  • Identify sales opportunities for Werklabs with existing customers at The Mom Project, by proactively engaging in conversations with TMP customers and actively listening to organizational needs and objectives
  • Serve as a customer success manager for Werklabs customers, identifying customer objectives and needs and ensuring timely communication and delivery of results
  • Create and maintain regular training events with Customer Success Managers and Sales teams on Werklabs, who we are, what we do, and how to engage with us.
  • Develop narratives to frame problems prospective customers may be facing and highlight the value of our research and solutions
  • Provide strategic direction, informing research topics by maintaining a keen understanding of customer needs and desires for new research
  • Be a strategic partner to Werklabs’ Research and Insights teams
  • Work closely with senior sales leaders at The Mom Project to coordinate efforts
  • Identify and spearhead speaking opportunities within customer organizations

Requirements for Candidacy

  • 3-6 years of experience in a consulting capacity, ideally in a people management field (but not limited to)
  • Proven track record of customer success, delivering solutions to meet customers unique unmet needs and key objectives
  • Expert understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and concepts
  • Ability to “see the bigger picture” to connect existing and new Werklabs data to the unique needs of your customer portfolio
  • Experience identifying and assessing prospective sales opportunities
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally
  • Possess a data-driven yet customer-oriented mindset
  • A deep understanding of key people priorities and problems that tend to be true of organizations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fanatical attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects to success
  • Excellent communicator and ability to work well with executives, and ability to lead and influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization
