As the Small and Midsize Business (SMB) Sales Leader, you’ll be responsible for accelerating The Mom Project’s growth and expansion with customers and leading our sales efforts across a team of Account Managers driving towards customer success. You’ll provide strong sales leadership to the team as we scale rapidly through 2020 and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high-performing team of Account Managers supporting a portfolio of of SMB accounts through one-to-one customer engagements
- Constant analysis of current pipeline and status of projects to help drive activity and forecast
- High attention to detail; organized and a driver of business activity
- Build processes and workflows in an ever-changing landscape; build, then break, then build again
- Collaborate with peers across all business units to support transformative projects with The Mom Project including Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Community
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy and business acumen
Who You Are:
- Proven experience scaling and managing teams in a startup / high growth environment
- 5+ years in Sales Leadership with a focus on building, hiring and leading high performance teams in B2B environments
- Ability to implement and improve sales operations, processes and KPIs
- Tenacious, cross-functional people leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams to deliver through compassion and accountability
- Experience leading teams and hosting meetings remotely
- Experience collaborating with a product team within SaaS industry is preferred
- Salesforce and Hubspot experience idealHighly capable of navigating complex enterprise level organizations to drive strategic relationships
