What you’ll do:

● Create and update various master contract templates and guidelines (Saas, MSA, SOW, etc.) across our varied lines of business which mitigate risk and drive agility
● Identify opportunities to improve the contracting process and collaborate cross-functionally to implement
● Develop optimized contract and workflow processes via DocuSign
● Assist with integration of DocuSign and Salesforce
● Generate reports on the current status of existing agreements
● Review customer MSAs, SOWs, or other contractual forms against company requirements
● Build out internal clause library
● Assist with the creation of additional standard business forms as needed
● Ensure appropriate contract close-out, extension, or renewal protocols
● Ensure that the contract management process is being followed. Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures
● Partner with Sales, Sales Ops & Enablement, and Operations
● Develop and implement proposal procedures and processes
● Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders (typically includes, sales, marketing, delivery, and operations)
● Deliver compliant and professionally produced proposals

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:

● 5+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably from the staffing industry (Direct, MSP, RPO) or technology industry (SaaS).
● Knowledge of the main components of service agreements, SaaS agreements, software license agreements, statements of work, NDAs, and legal notices OR similar experience reviewing and redlining documents.
● Exceptional attention to detail and ability to notice minute errors
● Previous project management, implementation, or coordination experience
● Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and DocuSign - integration experience is a huge plus!
● Bachelor's degree in applicable field
