What you’ll do:

As a key member of the Performance Marketing team, the Sr. Partner Acquisition will work strategically with the SMB, Enterprise and Channel sales team to support quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals.

In this role, this person must build and maintain an excellent working relationship with sales leadership devising growth strategies and executing marketing campaigns to drive net new business. You will be a key architect of our customer acquisition strategy, with a focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing programs.

  • Collaborate directly with the Enterprise Sales Team to develop a strategy that supports quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals
  • Lead strategic initiatives that drive target account acceleration, upsell pipeline creation and deal acceleration goals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to identify target accounts and contacts
  • Translate sales objectives into Account Based Marketing (ABM) program objectives and project plans
  • Develop and execute compelling ABM initiatives to successfully engage target contacts and move them through the buying journey
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts
  • Use data and industry best practices to formulate in-depth analysis, insights and interpretation to optimize ABM campaigns for target accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders from performance, brand, sales, product and creative
  • Measure, track, analyze and share results, and optimize programs continuously

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition
  • Proven track record successfully achieving ABM pipeline and revenue goals
  • Ability to create innovative marketing programs that deliver measurable value throughout the marketing funnel
  • Experience building successful campaigns from the ground up - from ideation, planning, execution, optimization and reporting
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation a plus (e.g. Hubspot)
  • A great storyteller, with a relentless focus on customer acquisition
  • An analytical problem solver with ability to lead the development and cross-functional execution of effective marketing programs
  • Understanding of HR & recruiting industry a plus, but not required
