What you’ll do:

  • Design, build and implement strategic co-marketing plans and programs that foster deep relationships with existing customers, drive engagement, build brand sentiment, and bring to life the value of TMP
  • Identify, develop, and maintain a baseline menu of customer activation opportunities that expand awareness with customers, both externally, and within their organizations
  • Strategic alignment and creative implementation in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage partner marketing content calendar and coordinate the execution of co-branded content, communication activities, social posts, presentations, and customer success stories
  • Produce and deliver presentations to internal and partner audiences
  • Be an internal advocate for sales and customer success teams, working with cross-functional teams to respond to customer needs
  • Maintain library/repository of customer marketing resources
  • Liaise with PR & social teams surface customer news, and ensure awareness around joint activities and initiatives
  • Drive customer engagement at virtual and in-person events through sponsorship, content, and promotion
  • Package, distribute and promote customer case studies that highlight partnership success
  • Measure, track, and analyze results. Report progress and optimize programs continuously through innovative practice

The skills and abilities you’ll need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated experience building successful customer marketing programs in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Incredibly sharp customer facing - strong relationship developer who can represent brand effectively in front of stakeholder partners
  • Experience developing external customer communications processes
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders communication and scaling processes both internally and externally
  • Ability to bring customer centric perspective into go-to-market & solutions development
  • Understanding of HR & recruiting industry a plus, but not required
