What you’ll do:


  • Drive the execution of strategic DE&I hiring initiatives for a key client committed to the placement of women in technology roles.

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand strategic goals and objectives, capture key performance metrics and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.

  • Be the client’s champion and liaise between client and internal Mom Project teams (Marketing, Talent, Operations, etc.) to ensure seamless, timely execution of diversity hiring program deliverables outlined in the service contract.

  • Design and implement processes and procedures to facilitate high quality program delivery.

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:


  • 7+ years of strategic Account Management or Program Management experience, with preferably 2+ years in a start-up or high growth environment.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering against strategic initiatives.

  • Experience with HR programs/initiatives (DE&I and/or Learning and Development) a strong plus.

  • A proven influencer with strong interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships across business units and organizational levels.

  • The ability to deal with ambiguity and use problem solving skills and creativity to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

  • Hands-on, “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality.

  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
