This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to not only help our organization recruit great talent but wants to help us build a culture of recruiting, creating a great candidate experience and partners with hiring managers to attract the best talent for TMP. 

What you will do:


  • Take pride in building TMP’s culture of high performance by facilitating the end to end recruiting process with a consultative approach 

  • Work in partnership with the Talent Sourcers to develop, execute and manage sourcing strategies that result in diverse candidate pipelines and allow us to meet hiring velocity goals

  • Build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers to continue to evolve TMP’s ability to recruit the best talent

  • Provide candidates with an exceptional, bias-free experience, whether they are hired or not  

  • Actively participate in employer branding initiatives 

  • Develop deep market knowledge (labor market, competitor analysis, etc) of your internal client portfolio and leverage to set expectations and drive outcomes

  • Manage your portfolio of requisitions to hire talent on time and within budget

  • Lead with a customer-focused approach and mindset 

  • Optimize all systems to align with our tech enabled people approach allowing you to maximize the time you are spending with candidates and key stakeholders 

  • Facilitate the recruiting process with a consultative approach from start to finish 

  • Leverage your voice and experience to continue to improve our recruiting process

  • Partner with the onboarding team as appropriate  

  • Serve as an evangelist and example of TMP values



The experience you will bring:


  • 5 or more years full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high volume, high growth environment 

  • Experience working for a tech or tech adjacent organization highly preferred

  • Previous experience should include working in a highly metrics driven environment 

  • Proven examples of developing and executing recruiting strategies including diverse recruiting strategies

  • Experience in leveraging recruitment market data to influence stakeholders and form strategies

  • Leads with a customer oriented mindset

  • Loves the challenge of matching great candidates with the right roles within out business
