The Role: 
You will be responsible for supporting our Customer Success Team in sourcing and interviewing candidates for our small and medium-sized clients. In this role you may be required to support dozens of highly skilled contract placements a week. This is a fast-moving role focused on sourcing, talent evaluation, sometimes interviewing, and presenting. One day you may focus on sourcing, the other day you will focus on talent interviews.

Pre-requisites: 
· 3-10 years’ experience at an agency/staffing firm within a high-volume role is required.
· Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth, yet collaborative environment 
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
· Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Suite 
· Must be comfortable with faced paced, constantly changing start up environment

This opportunity is located in Chicago in our office at Fulton Market. 4 days in office/1 day remote.
