Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking an Ivalua Technical Functional Consultant on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the supply chain, IT teams to address application-related issues.
- Monitor the IT SCM group support issues and prioritize.
- Work with cross-functional teams.
- Support and work on projects and enhancements in the Purchasing/supplier network collaboration application.
- Determine scope, capture requirements, and develop test cases to ensure the solution meets the end-to-end requirements.
- Understand and document business processes in Procure to Pay, Po collaboration, and functions.
- Learn and configure the Ivalua application to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with functional team and data warehouse teams to deliver technical development.
- Develop process diagrams, test cases, and technical specs.
- Resolve production support issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- B.S. in a technical field
- M.S. / MBA in SCM degree desired
- Prefer 5 - 8 years of experience in supporting and configuring/ developing procurement applications.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server, and hands-on experience in coding.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PTP process
- Ability to learn to configure, develop new application platforms.
- Collaborative teamwork, communication, and data handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail, yet flexible in approach
- Self-starter, able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Understand the P2P process
- SAP integration with Ivalua and experience in building B2B solutions through Ivalua.
- Experience in configuring, building API’s, EAI - ETL, and Building BI reports
- Knowledge of SRM, supply chain, and procurement is a plus, and if not, we can train them on the supply chain business process.
