Job description

Our Customer is an American computer and consumer electronics company famous for creating phones and computers. As one of the largest companies globally with a market cap of over 2 trillion dollars, it is a major leader in the space. Although this company was founded in 1976 it has transformed how we connect and communicate worldwide.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup at our Customer's Cupertino, CA office.

The Administrative Assistant role will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to the GSSM team. The highly motivated, customer-centric candidate will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities. Responsibilities will include new hire onboarding, equipment and supply ordering, distribution and organization.

This person will need to be able to support 1-2 Senior Directors with calendar management, travel (domestic and international), expenses, ordering supplies, hosting events, etc.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in managing daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members.
  • Facilitate expense reporting processes.
  • Support staff meetings, teleconferences, global leadership off-sites and other events
  • Support all Facilities activities for the team.

Must-haves:
  • BA degree
  • 7+ plus years of experience in an administrative or customer-centric environment.
