Job description

We are a remote law firm with presence in major US startup hubs that provides legal and strategic consulting to entrepreneurs. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team.

Role Details:

  • 35-40 hours/week.
  • 100% remote
  • $30-$40/hr
Key Responsbilities:

Client Onboarding:
  • Prepare and manage engagement letters and retainer requests.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Virtual Mail Handling:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing virtual correspondence.
  • Distribute mail to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

File Management:

  • Organize and maintain client files within our system.

Event Coordination:

  • Research and book venues and activities for firm retreats and happy hours.
  • Assist in planning and executing firm events.

Gift Distribution:

  • Coordinate the selection and sending of gifts to employees and clients for special occasions.

Finance Support:

  • Support and manage various finance processes, including AP/AR and trust accounting.
  • Process internal and client expenses.

Administrative Support:

  • Calendar management as requested.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Proactively identify areas for operational improvement.
