We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (onsite 3 days a week) at our Customer's Washington, DC office.

The Executive Assistant will work in conjunction with various levels of the organization to support the administrative needs of the team across geographies.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day to day planning management (calendar, events, operations mechanisms)
  • Interface directly with senior leaders within the Company across multiple time zones
  • Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver critical outcomes
  • Plan team off-sites and other key events throughout year
  • Help collection information, create documents and materials where necessary to support key meetings
  • Successfully plan and execute on-boarding for new employees
  • Work closely with other Executive Admins to execute all deliverables with excellence, including being a backup as needed
  • Manage hosted events for VP and Directors both on and off site

    • Managing work. Track record of juggling multiple projects and managing deadlines with an attention to detail and focus of quality.
    • Problem solver. Understands key stakeholders' (leaders and the teams they support) needs and translate them into solutions and actions for the business. Addresses challenges with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
    • Give and receive feedback. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to nurture the relationships you have with teams and peers. Highlight strengths and uncover blind spots, inspiring us to create meaningful goals for performance.
  • 5-10 years of work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in supporting executive leaders Budget management a big plus, financial and analytical proficiency a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) as well as Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Proficient in Concur and SmartSheet a plus
