We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Paid Media) on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote (prefer PST).

What You'll Do:

  • Create, optimize and drive structured schedules and project plans across cross-functional teams and partners. This includes updating & maintaining project trackers and tracking open action items, project risks & blockers & following up with project stakeholders Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans
  • Use exceptional cross-functional partnering skills with ability to gain shared vision and "influence without authority" on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs based on changing conditions or data
  • Running internal team standups to raise key priorities on a weekly or monthly basis, anticipate and communicate risks and proactively manage the risks with the internal team before they become project blockers
  • Synthesize feedback documents and ensure all stakeholders have reviewed and provided feedback
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks, work well with others when conflicts arise, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation
  • Develop and communicate weekly project recaps to stakeholders
  • Ability to interface and communicate internal priorities with external creative agencies
  • Remain adaptable with shifting project direction

Must-haves:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Cross-functional or complex projects and programs, preferably in a Marketing or Operations role
  • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills. Must be an exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex programs in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to make decisions quickly & communicate effectively within a large and diverse organization is essential
  • Strong familiarity working with various project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Figma, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and direction, and drive process using indirect authority
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver on key program objectives and understand impact to various stakeholders
  • High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset
