Job description

We are seeking a Non-IT Program Manager on a contract basis to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc, or any other non-IT-based project.
What You’ll Do:
- Driving roadmaps/plans to completion which includes working with team and partners to understand the deliverables.
- Tracking deliverables on a weekly basis.
- Status reporting (weekly/bi-weekly via written report) on tracking and additional items like roadblocks, changes to plans, lack of resources, etc.
- Running meeting to facilitate all these.
Must-Haves:
- 4-5 years of experience required.
- Writing skills - Be able to write succinct updates, that will provide a reference to the org on status, challenges roadblocks, and discern what is the issue.
- Be able to run a meeting with multiple partners (eng/Client) and get the results intended from the meeting (update/next steps).
- Self-sufficient with scheduling meetings and attention to detail.
- Experience working in high tech in the past.
- Exposure to working in ML development org (be familiar with ML terminology and stages).
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be on-site at our customer’s Menlo Park, CA office once it is determined safe to do so.

The expected Return to Office date is July 2022
