We are seeking a Procurement Analyst on a contract basis to Support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role supports the procurement team as a generalist, to review and work on contracts, and to have the experience working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Own contract review on small to medium contracts
- Communicate and partner effectively with internal stakeholders (business partners and legal team)
- Negotiate with vendors to finalize MSA/SOW
- Guide internal stakeholders to follow procurement processes and policy compliance
- Support new vendor onboarding
- Own low dollar sourcing for projects <$250k
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sourcing/ indirect procurement experience
- Experience in the following software:
- Coupa (PO’s)
- Zip (vendor onboarding & ticketing)
- Conga-Salesforce (contract platform and repository)
- Google Suite
- Excellent communication and responsiveness, frequent use of slack/other chat tools
- Proactive and flexible to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Eagerness to quickly learn and subsequently drive project ownership
- Category expertise in Marketing Sourcing & suppliers
