Job description
Overall Job Function: Cultivate customer relationships as a key Sales Associate based in our Santa Monica location, including regular outreach and clientele regarding new arrivals and product drops specifically tailored to customer needs. Assist Store Manager in merchandise management and maintaining an organized store environment.
The ideal candidate will work 2 - 3 days a week at the store in this position. $20 - $25 / hr based on experience + commission potential.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Key Holder in our Santa Monica store, working a mix of weekday and weekend hours, including sales/client development, receiving/tagging merchandise, POS operations, e-commerce fulfillment, managing Junior Associates, etc.
- Provide input on product and inventory needs to our Buyers.
- Assist in store merchandising. Includes regular floor sets and mannequin dressing.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, you have to be a people person for this role!
- Trustworthy, dependable and excellent work ethic..
- Team player with a dependable, can-do attitude and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and follow-through is essential.
- Prior fashion retail experience and comfortable working with girls + moms as these are our core customers.
- Knowledge of the kids/tween industry and relevant brands is a plus (not required)!
- Experience with Shopify is a plus.
- Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
