  • Excellent executive-level communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and simplify quantitative/qualitative information into impactful materials
  • Experience working in a global environment – across cultures, countries, time zones – and across a matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to think strategically, drive clarity in ambiguity, and then translate strategies into actionable plans
  • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams through dynamic planning processes
  • Strong business partner relationship management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with team members across functions and geographies and at all levels through an open, engaging, and collaborative style
