***The salary range for this position is $122,650.00 - $132,650.00 per year.***

In your role as the Manager, Digital Enablement and Consumer Experience, you’ll drive conversion by delivering compelling, seamless, and rich experiences across our consumers’ digital journey. We’ll rely on your expertise in digital marketing to make brands like Pringles, Cheez-it, and Eggo successful in the experiences they provide their consumers across websites, email, SMS, social, and more. Learning what works, fixing what’s broken, and crafting a digital consumer experience with clarity and intention is top-of-mind for our new and exciting Digital Engagement team.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Strategic Mindset - Partner with brand teams and full-funnel marketers to provide leadership in enabling the brand’s strategy to realize the full-funnel marketing vision. Providing best-in-class experiences across the digital journey for our consumers
  • Deliver Results – As the point of contact for brand website optimizations and content updates, you’ll ensure website performance by driving search engine optimization (SEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other best practices while tracking performance and making recommendations. You’ll also contribute and execute data strategies by collecting first-party data and brand communication strategies including e-mail and SMS channels
  • Collaborate - You will collaborate with external agencies, technology partners, and internal stakeholders in Brand Teams, Media, IT, Data Strategy, and Legal

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required
  • 2-4 years of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or experience in a related area
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Marketing technology capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners while driving objective, fact-based solutions
