Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a demand generation agency uniquely built to help its clients measurably improve business performance. They are seeking a Senior Supervisor, Consulting & Engagement to join their team.

The Senior Supervisor, Consulting & Engagement is responsible for developing strong client relationships while building client business engagement plans focused on delivering measurable return for our clients. This role is responsible for developing a strategic vision capable of jumpstarting each client’s business and creating accelerated and sustainable growth. Leveraging the company's branding, lead generation and customer engagement offerings, the senior supervisor is responsible for securing corresponding scopes of work in order to meet annual account financial projections.

An independent thinker, this role functions as account “visionary” -- partnering with clients from a thought leadership, innovation and growth perspective while understanding the client’s priorities, market sector, and how they are measured for success.

This candidate is expected to get deep into client’s business and understand their business objectives and opportunities as well as industry and competitive dynamics. This candidate is adept at building demand generation programs with a proven track record of quantifiable results-oriented marketing campaigns. The Senior Supervisor works collaboratively with the “client-centric” agency team including the Program Engagement team to execute business driving solutions. Well-versed in the services of the agency, the senior supervisor role can competently represent and consult on the services to solve client needs.

What you’ll Do:

Client Partnership

  • Lead interface with clients from a business growth and strategy perspective responsible for overall client satisfaction and retention.
  • Charts strategic proposals and business engagement plans for clients to achieve their business goals.
  • Leverages full suite of agency resources to drive business development.
  • Stays abreast of campaign performance metrics on key accounts to optimize programs.
  • Performs individual check-ins for account updates and troubleshooting as needed.

Fiscal

  • Responsible for the overall gross and net revenue projections for assigned book of business—sets and meets monthly, quarterly and annual projections.
  • Builds an organic growth plan/opportunity mapping for assigned accounts and meets regularly with cross functional leaders.
  • Supports new business RFPs as needed.

Thought Leadership

  • Is a step ahead of our clients thinking—proactively delivering business building insights that make our clients “look good.”
  • Is visible. Creates and executes a defined plan for contact (onsite and remote level) meetings with senior level client contacts.
  • Collects, analyzes and interprets information from a variety of sources: market data, events, industry sector news, product and service research, customer data, and observational research to support business plans and marketing strategies.
  • Attends industry events and proactively finds speaking opportunities to showcase the company.

Team Management

  • Helps train, manage, mentor and cross share information with the Consulting Engagement team.
  • Conducts annual performance reviews for C&E staff members within assigned sector.
  • Participates in monthly department meetings and supports content development as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 12-15 years driving lead generation B2B marketing communications programs ideally in the healthcare sector.
  • Focus on digital and social, strategic planning, integrated marketing communications and demonstrated metrics measurement.
  • Demonstrated supervisory capabilities, including client relationship building, strategy development and staff management.
  • Proven senior C-suite relationship building, new business development, strategy development & team building evidence.
  • Technically proficient in presentation planning and development including expressing visual data and concepts.

Work Environment:

Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is expected based on client assignments.
