Job description
Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing, loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly-owned online bank subsidiary.
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Content Governance on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.
What you’ll do:
- Drive solutions-oriented changes to improve efficiency, process optimization, cost reduction, and mitigating risk within Content Governance
- Responsible for developing innovative solutions for strategic Marketing initiatives to specifically aid in Content Governance, such as branding and regulatory adherence
- Lead the selection, implementation, and rollout of such solutions, including integration into existing content process flows
- Collaborate with various business functions sponsors to determine project scope and vision
- Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) efforts to identify best-in-class software solutions
- Elicit, analyze, and validate the needs of stakeholders, be they, business leaders or end users
- Bridge the gap between Information Technology (IT) and the DCM Team by understanding, articulating, and balancing business needs against what is technologically feasible
- Liaise with business leaders and users to understand required changes to processes and software to improve efficiencies and meet content governance business objectives
- Own defining and delivering a proposed solution and technical architecture to implement content governance AI solution(s)
- Understand image generation, content governance, and brand adherence requirements
- Participate in Quality Assurance activities to ensure features and functions are enabled and optimized
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of project management, preferably Agile
- 3+ years of supplier management
- 3+ years of software development
- 3+ years of business experience driving strategies and implementing solutions
- 3+ years in generating process documentation and reports
- Machine Learning experience
- Analytical thinker, change agent
- R, Python, or Spark experience
- Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions
- Prior work experience in Financial Services
- Microsoft Visio skills are a bonus
- Experience working in and navigating a highly regulated business
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, and reporting skills
- Scrum Master certification
- Knowledge of existing and emerging Artificial Intelligence technology is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.

The salary range for this position is: $51.42 - $61.42 per hour
