Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant (100% Remote)

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a full service digital marketing agency transforming marketing for businesses into smart, compelling strategies that work together to help them grow. Their team of marketers have more than 35+ years of collective marketing experience. They work with businesses of 9 employees to thousands, local to global, B2B and B2C and everything in between. They are looking for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant (100% remote) to join their team to help start and guide their online marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Assistant will work closely with the company founder to execute cross-channel marketing tactics for a variety of clients. This may include developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The company is willing to offer training, but some digital marketing experience in key channels is required. Pay listed is based on some experience with tools; will be lower if training from ground up.

Core Responsibilities:

• Help to execute digital marketing tactics for clients, including SEO/SEM, email, landing pages, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Assistance with website launches and email marketing
• Automated workflow builds and optimization
• Build and deployment of emails
• Collaborate with the cross functional team

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 3 years experience in digital marketing and advertising. Email marketing experience is required.
• Self-starter who is comfortable problem solving independently but knows when to ask for assistance
• Experience with the following highly preferred: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics goals, Zapier

Other:

• 3 month contract to start (1099 contract role)
• $35 hourly rate (based on experience)
• 15 Hours weekly on average (could also be more)
