Job description

This fast-growing beauty brand is looking for a talented, detail oriented, passionate Customer Service Rep to assist with customer communication, order management, and Customer Relation Management. This position offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a company with tremendous growth opportunities, as the brand is quickly tracking to become one of marketplace leaders.

The company is the US Office of one of the most dynamic, innovative beauty brands in the industry with products sold in leading retailers including: Ulta, Macy’s, Urban Outfitters etc and more.

The ideal individual will have the following responsibilities...

  • Supports all contact channels by successfully handling inquiries via email, social media and other channels as assigned
  • Assists customers with placing, tracking, and returning orders along with advising on product recommendations
  • Assist in processing returns and adjusting orders
  • Works effectively with the warehouse team; addressing urgent matters with customer orders and making sure orders get modified when needed and shipped in a timely manner when adjustments are made
  • Can effectively interpret customer feedback and translate it back to management for optimizations for the site

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (speaking and writing)
  • Experience with Shopify, Zendesk is a must
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Previous Sales and Customer Service experience preferred
