Job description

We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated SAP Business Systems Analyst on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. The nature of the work is focused on the company’s computer and telephony technology tools used to create, store, exchange, and use all forms of information.
What You'll Do:
- Work with SAP teams and teams with applications that consume SAP master data for potential impacts to data scrambling in the QA system environments. There are over 100 applications that consume this data and will need to be assessed.
- Help make recommendations to the SAP and connected application teams for possible solutions
- Serve as the coordinator of work by the other application teams to perform the due diligence for their systems
- Create and apply global process standards to regional technology solutions
- Negotiate, influence, and drive decisions by working with remote groups such as vendors, other facilities, and or departments to gather and document strategic and tactical requirements from the business
- Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business units and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specs
- Communicate critical, high-risk, advanced, and/or cross-functional technical design and solutions to executive management inside and outside the organization
- Review and approve that the system design meets business process requirements
- Communicate and document system changes to the business
- Translate system functionality into business-relevant language
- Facilitate SME discussions
- Work with systems personnel to implement design
- Participate in the development of project plan/timeline
- Provide input into project management
- Communicate project status to management and the business
- Provide support and participates in change management at the department and end-user level
- Consult on best practice configuration of systems
- Configure packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements
- Review and approve test results
- Oversee and perform complex testing activities including the construction of test plans/scripts including the expected results and the validation of test results
Must-Haves:
- 8 or 9 years of directly relevant work experience
- Familiarity with standard SAP master data tables and SAP security
- Conceptual understanding of data migration and scrambling techniques
- Data query and SQL skills
- Impeccable communication and matrix management skills
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Cognos is beneficial
Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.

The salary range for this position is: $66.08 - $81.08 per hour
