We are seeking a Partner Solutions Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The role will join the Games Partnerships team and will act as a primary internal operational point of contact to resolve Gaming Partner inquiries and support them on an ongoing basis.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work cross-functionally to triage operational issues and help drive solutions for company Gaming Partners.
  • Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs.
  • Assist SPMs with high-value partners’ operational needs, such as filing tasks and communicating status internally to partner managers.
  • Align with product and operations teams to act as an expert on specific products & platform policies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve partners’ platform experience through the creation of scaled messaging and education materials.
  • Serve as an internal advocate in connecting teams to product and operational solutions.
  • Proactively advocate for partners internally and push issues toward resolution.
  • Ability to leverage data and do analysis for the team.

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in online operations, consulting, or account, partner, or project management.
  • Communication and presentation experience, and the ability to serve as an internal spokesperson for company Gaming partners.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across partner teams.
  • Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience prioritizing when juggling multiple responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners.
  • An analytical look at how the market is performing, and the completive landscape.
  • Gaming/video industry experience REQUIRED.

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree or higher.

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
