Job description
Executive Coordinator:
We’re passionate about building partnerships that drive growth and amplify brands. As an Executive Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in assisting the management of our PR & Affiliate clients. This includes building strong relationships with affiliate partners, tracking campaign performance, and contributing to the success of our clients through creative and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build a foundational knowledge of affiliate marketing — from partner portfolios to strategy execution.
- Manage day-to-day affiliate program operations, including recruitment and communication with partners.
- Optimize affiliate strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue, CPA).
- Assist with list building across media and affiliate relations
- Help with internal organization for client deliverables, including setting up Google Drive, creating media kits, and organizing documents, call agendas, and folders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing materials (banners, email content, etc.) for affiliates.
- Assist with writing and disseminating light media pitching.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to grow the affiliate program.
- Maintain relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the resources needed for success.
- Assist with monthly reporting and analysis for key clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar communications role.
- Strong understanding of Google Drive and Photoshop
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
