Job description

Account Coordinator, Sales EnablementOverview

At The Mom Project (TMP), we are a talent community of 2M+ highly engaged, impact-driven professionals—anchored by moms and evolved to include parents, caregivers, and other exceptional professionals. We call them MOMs: Makers of Momentum. Inspired by mission, driven by purpose, and fueled by impact, our members bring in-demand skills, resilience, and a bias for execution that drive meaningful business results across hiring, engagement, and partnerships. Our mission is to create economic impact for both our MOM community and the companies they serve.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Account Coordinator to join our Sales team. This is an early-career opportunity ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience (or equivalent internships/project work) who is eager to build a foundation in sales enablement and client operations.

In this role, you will focus on the timely and accurate fulfillment of inbound sales-related requests while helping deliver a seamless and positive experience for our clients. You’ll play a key role in connecting with customers through responsive communication and thoughtful execution, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

This position operates in a fully virtual environment and requires strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Inbound Request Fulfillment

  • Monitor and manage the shared intake channel for client requests and inbound sales leads.
  • Log, categorize, and prioritize requests in our tracking systems.
  • Execute fulfillment for client needs such as sharing resources, providing documentation, or setting up templated services.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to confirm needs, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure all requests are completed within established service-level agreements (SLAs).

Sales Enablement and Support

  • Coordinate the delivery of approved sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Help maintain and organize the central repository of sales enablement tools.
  • Support onboarding activities for new self-serve clients, including initial setup and access.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of client needs.

Quality Assurance and Data Management

  • Perform quality checks on completed requests before delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Assist in preparing simple weekly reports on request volume, turnaround time, and trends.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, customer service, or similar role (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfort managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and standard business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to B2B environments or sales processes.
  • Interest in sales operations, enablement, or client success.
