Job description
We are a telemedicine platform and after-hours nurse triage service focusing on ensuring patients have access to the right care, at the right time. Our tech-enabled services
enhance accessibility for healthcare visits, including pediatrics, via remote consultations. We consider ourselves a part of a broader telehealth industry aiming to improve healthcare
efficiency and outcomes through digital solutions.
As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic Account Executive with a background in the varieties of patient care to help us expand our presence in the market.
Customers include small individual clinical practices through hospital systems and larger buying group networks. We are
currently selling to the following medical areas:
Pediatrics and all Pediatric Specialties,
Women's Health, Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead Generation &Prospecting: Identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to build a strong pipeline. This includes leads
generated through marketing efforts as well as through personal network building and
direct cold calling.
● Sales Presentations: Conduct product demos, clearly
communicating value propositions to key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
● Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and
contract signing.
● Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
● Conference Attendance: Optional opportunity to represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, identify opportunities, and highlight our offerings.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to share market
insights and customer feedback, ensuring product offerings meet client needs.
● Reporting: Track sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools, providing
regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications
Experience:
● 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare services industry.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical practice
management or SaaS-based solutions is highly desirable.
Skills:
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to generate and qualify leads independently.
● Proficient in CRM platforms and sales tools. HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools
preferred.
● Ability to quickly pivot approach and conversation based on audience, deal size and
decision maker positions.
Travel: Willingness to travel for conferences, client meetings, and home office visits (up to 20%).
