What you'll do:

The role of the Account Executive on the Product Sales team is to source a book of business, understand a customer’s business, work creatively to provide solutions to their challenges, and ultimately help their organization fill positions from the vast network of talented professionals on our platform. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver with some previous experience in recruiting and staffing, looking to contribute and learn in a dynamic, fast growing technology business.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business to find talent through The Mom Project talent community
  • Qualify and close new deals with with small to medium-sized businesses
  • Develop a consistent pipeline using proven sales methodology to hit revenue targets
  • Consult with businesses across various industries to capture their hiring needs to identify and sell the right product offering
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers at one time, connecting trends as you go
  • Meet or exceed revenue quota, executing with high productivity at high velocity
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers for repeat business

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant B2B selling experience in addition to outbound SDR experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding team sales quotas
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and marketing automation systems (including Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be comfortable with a fast paced, constantly changing startup environment
