Job Title: Account Executive (College Admissions Sector)
Department: Operations
Reports To: VP of Business Development
Work Environment: Fully Remote
Status & Salary: Full-time - $70,000-80,000 Base + Goal-based commission/bonus

team is composed of former admissions officers and education professionals who
are passionate about helping students find the right-fit school and thrive in the
process. We are expanding into new markets and looking for a dynamic sales
professional to help drive our next phase of growth.
Position Summary
The Sales Professional will play a critical role in expanding reach by identifying, developing, and nurturing new markets across the East Coast and Midwest. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales consults, building partnerships, and converting interest into enrollment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and a deep appreciation for education and family-centric values.
Key Responsibilities
Day to Day Sales Work
- Manage student intake, acquisition, and satisfaction
- Provide details on services and programs to prospective families
- Coordinate and conduct regular outreach to prospective families in an effort to increase student enrollment
- Respond to all prospect and client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Position Description
- Guide families through the enrollment process
- Process enrollments thoroughly and properly in appropriate database
- Update and maintain company CRM database
- Analyze and report on pipeline and sales results
- Meet or exceed pipeline and sales goals
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and maintain accurate records of outreach and conversion
- Collaborate with counseling and operations teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and outstanding service delivery
- Work with the marketing department to update and refine sales tools and templates.
- Manage the hygiene and upkeep of the CRM.
New Market Development
- In conjunction with the VP of Business Development, identify and evaluate high-potential markets for expansion
- Build strategic outreach plans tailored to each target region
- Represent College Solutions at local events, fairs, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to localize messaging and campaigns
Relationship Cultivation
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools, community partners, parent organizations, and influencers
- Serve as a brand ambassador who can passionately communicate our mission and services
- Organize info sessions, webinars, and referral partnerships to drive engagement
- Conduct annual focus group with current clients to obtain feedback on the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, business development, and/or client acquisition roles (education, service, or mission-driven industries preferred)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong initiative, independence, and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for education, student success, and family engagement
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or admissions/education background a plus
