Job description

We are currently in search of a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager with expertise in paid advertising to join our confidential organization. As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, Paid Advertising, and Email Marketing. This role requires effective client management, team collaboration, and strategic analysis to achieve optimal results while upholding the confidentiality of our clients.

This is a part time contract position with an opportunity for full time employment in the future. 35 Hours per week. Monday - Friday 9:30-4:30 eastern.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the activities of a specialized team
  • Coordinate collaboration with third-party agency partners
  • Oversee copy creation for all marketing collateral
  • Manage SEO while ensuring content alignment
  • Effectively handle all Paid Advertising clients, including those with organic content strategies
  • Supervise Boosted clients, coordinating efforts with organic content strategies.
  • Take charge of third-party/agency advertising organic content
  • Create content for assigned clients with discretion
  • Assist in creating Ad Accounts or client accounts
  • Handle project management tasks
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between different specialists and teams
  • Monitor and optimize client campaigns for maximum performance
  • Analyze client reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that enhance client results.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups with any clients that are not reachable or responding via video call
  • Document all communication with clients inside the assigned project management software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, specializing in paid advertising and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), and Email Marketing.
  • Ability to run SEO & Paid Advertising campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and exceeding client expectations.
  • Social Media Management experience
  • Oversight on team handling accounts
