Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking a Account Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role will help guide restaurants through onboarding + go live, collect product feedback + make sure all of their needs are met. This role is 100% remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with restaurants (small restaurants across the country), to understand their business requirements, get them set up with our product and check in with them on a recurring basis to gather product feedback and ensure their needs are met
  • Communicate restaurant progress, status and feedback cross-functionally to our strategy, operations + product teams
  • Lead onboarding call and overall customer success
Must-haves:
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher (or commensurate work experience)
  • Project management and/or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can translate feedback from a restaurant to a product team and vise versa
  • Comfortable working with technical products and hardware
  • Must have experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspaces
  • Experience with Zendesk is nice to have
  • Ability to travel domestically 1x/month is a must
  • Restaurant experience is a plus
