We are seeking an Account Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. The Account Manager will own the end-to-end strategic relationships with one of our top strategic partners in the company. This role is 100% remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ownership of end-to-end strategic relationships with key strategic partner
  • Build relationships with partners
  • Owner of relationships and responsible for ensuring we're delivering against contractual terms
  • Create strategic account plans and lead the cross-functional account team on value-driving initiatives
  • Resolve issues and escalations
  • Provide executive-level status updates on partner health, progress and issue escalations
  • Lead high-visibility executive meetings

Must-Haves:

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, partner management and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Able to work with various different business functions
  • Strong sense of ownership, driving teams, and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Business Development and Sales
  • Knowledge of the industry
  • Technology background preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Marketing or other relevant field

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% remote.
