Job description

We are seeking an Account Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Honolulu, HI.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support to brokers across policy management activities to enhance client service
  • Assist with proposal preparation and presentation creation for client deliverables
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing, filing, and document management
  • Prepare and issue client invoices while ensuring accurate internal and client-facing records
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies to maintain accurate accounting and documentation
  • Support brokers with coverage questions and policy/program adjustments to keep policies current and accurate
  • Build and maintain relationships with small clients and internal team members to support service delivery
  • Enter new bonds, upload documents, update client demographics, and process renewals under supervision as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting policy management, client proposals, and/or broker operations preferred
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills, including document preparation and file management
  • Experience with invoicing, billing support, and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Ability to manage policy updates, renewals, and program adjustments with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support internal teams and interact with clients when needed
  • Relationship-building skills and a service-oriented approach
  • Comfort working under supervision while developing capability in bond processing, document uploads, and client record maintenance
