As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the right hand to our Directors, supporting the strategy, execution, and success of your assigned accounts. You’ll help keep creative assets organized, assist in implementing strategic initiatives, and play an active role in list building, pitching, reporting, and securing impactful PR wins for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of PR and affiliate campaigns.
 - Build and maintain media and editorial contact lists across platforms such as YouTube, Muck Rack, and CRM software.
 - Become the product expert for your brand, understanding innovation, unique selling features, and product differentiation within the market.
 - Help manage client deliverables, timelines, and creative assets in an organized fashion on a shared Google Drive.
 - Assist with drafting pitches, targeted outreach, and sample coordination across testers and timelines.
 - Assist the Account Director on strategy execution, from media events to targeted outreach.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative and strategy teams.
 
Skills & Qualifications:
- You’re fluent in Google Suite, Asana, and comfortable navigating creative tools like Adobe.
 - You thrive in a remote, collaborative environment and bring a curious, adaptable mindset to every project.
 - You’re an excellent communicator who’s organized, proactive, and great at building relationships.
 - You’re a team player with a positive attitude — someone who is uplifting to others and loves contributing to collective wins.
 - You have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or affiliate marketing (agency experience is a plus).
 - Bonus points if you love getting outside and testing the gear we pitch — we believe the best stories come from firsthand experience.
