About Us
We are the fast-growing travel company that makes airport and city parking easy, affordable, and stress-free. With 200+ partner locations nationwide, we’re disrupting the parking industry by giving customers the best daily rates while helping our partners maximize occupancy.
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. This role is all about building strong partner relationships, negotiating better rates and inventory, and making sure our partners and customers succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of parking partners across the U.S.
- Negotiate daily rates and secure additional inventory to keep us competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners while advocating for On Air Parking’s needs.
- Track partner performance and resolve any issues with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth partner experiences.
- Follow through consistently — making sure no partner requests or opportunities fall through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, customer success, or sales (hospitality, travel, or marketplace experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to be diplomatic but firm.
- Negotiation skills: comfortable pushing for better deals while keeping relationships strong.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable on follow-through.
- Competitive drive and resilience; you don’t shy away from rejection or tough conversations.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company.
Why Join Us
- Be part of a company that’s growing fast and making travel easier for millions.
- Work remotely with a small, entrepreneurial team where your contributions matter.
- Competitive salary + performance incentives.
- Room to grow as we expand nationwide.
