Job description
Our Client is a a nonprofit organization with a mission of helping people with Parkinson's regain and retain their speech and swallowing.
This is a 16-hour, 4-day week (off Fridays), part-time position. The hourly rate is $26.
Core Responsibilities
• Processing mail and donations
• Assisting with accounting phone and email inquiries
• Preparing donation receipts and acknowledgment cards
• Administering petty cash
• Performing basic data entry and maintaining electronic filing
• Scanning, organizing, and shredding documents
• Running occasional errands, including post office runs
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly, professional communication
• Reliability and discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel (simple formulas, pivot tables)
• Experience with QuickBooks & Adobe Acrobat is a plus
Company Schedule
• 16 hours per week
• Four days per week within Mon–Thu office hours
