We are seeking an Accounting Manager on a contract basis to support Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid with Tuesdays - Thursdays on-site in Dallas.


The Role:


We are looking to hire an Accounting Manager on the Data Governance Team to work on a multitude of projects and processes. You will become a subject matter expert in data governance and chart of accounts change management. You will act as a cross-functional business partner to implement and oversee automation and create improvements to optimize the change management process. You should work well in a dynamic environment, be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and prioritize and deliver on tasks at hand.


What You’ll Do:


Assist in clean up and governance of master data and change management across financial systems

Coordinate UAT for new integrations with EDMCS and downstream applications

Assist in implementation of a new application for master data governance

Partner with cross-functional teams to execute and drive multiple projects related to master data governance, new chart of accounts implementation and system enhancements

Assist in entity mergers, dissolutions, and/or changes in the functional currency

Assist in financial system integrations related to acquisitions


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience

Minimum of 2 years working in consolidations, master data governance or as an international accountant


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Cloud products (EDMCS, FCCS) will be highly regarded

Experience in system implementation or upgrades

Individual should work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate key information and status to stakeholders

Oracle R12 and Hyperion Financial Management

Big 4 experience, consulting or audit experience with multinational engagements

CPA certification (or working towards it)

Possess excellent analytical skills (MS Excel)
