We are seeking a Accounts Payable Analyst on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote MUST work EST hours
What You'll Do:
- Drives activities contributing to the day-to-day operations for the accounts payable team
- Entering invoice
- Obtaining approvals
- Working with internal and external customers on discrepancies
- Prepping check runs
- Working with suppliers
- Other accounting functions as needed
- Applies standards around information integrity, ensuring all accounts payable transactions in the system are accurate and completed in a timely manner, and backup documentation is maintained to support authorization for all payments.
- 1-3 years of experience in AP
- High school Diploma
- Good written and verbal communication
- Computer experience-Microsoft products (excel and word) and an ERP system
