Our Customer is the world's leading music company that owns and operates a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries. They identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and produce, distribute, and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is onsite in New York, NY.
What You’ll Do:
- Code invoices in the A/P system
- Approve/post invoices in the supply chain system
- Manage the relationship between production/operations
- Manage relationships with offshore and local shared service teams
- Interface reconciliation
- Review/process A/P credit memos
Must Haves:
- Knowledge of various systems/databases (Navision, SAP, Excel, Word)
- Ability to communicate with various departments: Production, operations, Financial operations
- Ability to communicate with vendors
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be onsite in New York, NY.
